It’s one thing to see new visitors at a church, but it’s something complete different to actually assimilate people into the life-flow of a local church. At Next Level Church, we’ve worked overtime to develop an assimilation strategy that has as few hoops as possible and yet sets people up with everything they need to know to make NLC their home. It’s the system we’ve leaned into to grow our church from 950 people to over 2700 in 20 months.

10:45 – 11:00 – Break

11:00 – 11:30 – Rusty Lewis

Contagious Generosity – What Generous Churches Know
There is no generosity button. It is not one thing – it is a lot of things done consistently well over a period of time. It’s not a program or a one-time emphasis but rather a repositioning of leadership and direction. You can develop a culture of contagious generosity in your church. Others have done it – you can too!

11:30 – 12:00 – Doug Hood

Environmental Projection – Using Technology to Create an Engaging Worship Experience in your Church
In the early church, visual elements were an important part of the worship experience.  The sanctuary enveloped you with images and thematic elements that supported God’s splendor.  You walked into the room and you were inspired, your attention was drawn to God.  Contrast that to some worship spaces you might walk into today.  Many can be described as “underwhelming” at best.  Come learn about this technology which can be used to creatively and inexpensively transform the feel of your worship space for music, productions and sermons. Bring your questions and leave with real answers for your church!

12:00 – 1:00 – Lunch Break

Complimentary lunch will be catered by Chick-Fil-A, Pine Island Road

1:00 – 1:30 – Mark Towell

Furnishing your New Facility…Lessons Learned

Eleven Things Pastors Wish They Knew Before They Built
Discussions with hundreds of pastors about the good, the bad, and the ugly of building projects has produced a “Top Eleven” list of advice and wisdom that may keep your church from becoming another statistic in the list of failed churches, over-budget projects, and stressed out leadership teams. Let’s take in the wisdom of those who have already survived the adventure of designing and building a new facility and help make your vision a reality!

2:00 – 2:10 – Break

2:10 – 2:40 – Dave Schlosser
